Every great idea starts somewhere — this one started in a barber’s chair. Four years of haircuts and golf talk between Stephan, an Army vet and master barber, and Doug, a PGA pro who once taught Arnold Palmer, turned into the shop they both wished existed.
The Clubhouse pairs the best haircut in Palm Beach North with a state-of-the-art golf simulator, so you can clean up your look and your short game in one stop. Pull up a chair. Stay for a round.
The people behind the experience, and the reason you’ll keep coming back.

Stephan Dorceus is a U.S. Army veteran, master barber, avid golfer, and co-founder of The Clubhouse Barber Shop in North Palm Beach, Florida. A Newark, NJ native, Stephan began cutting hair at age 14 and went on to complete formal cosmetology training, bringing both natural talent and professional discipline to every client.
Before opening The Clubhouse, Stephan served 10 years in the United States Army as part of the Army Corps of Engineers, where he developed the precision, work ethic, and team-first mentality that defines the way he runs his business and cares for his clients.
Stephan's mission goes beyond the haircut. "My passion is making people look and feel great, not just through haircuts, but through experience and exposure." At The Clubhouse, that vision comes to life in a space where every detail has been considered, and every client leaves feeling sharp.

Victor is a licensed barber, former competitive soccer player, and 7-handicap golfer at The Clubhouse Barber Shop in North Palm Beach, Florida. At 14, Victor moved from Puerto Rico to Florida in pursuit of better opportunities as a student-athlete. Soccer quickly became a major part of his life. He played for the Palm Beach Gardens Predators and later gave back to the sport by coaching younger generations.
At 19, Victor earned his barber license and began building a career doing what he loves. Around that same time, he picked up a golf club for the first time. What started as something completely new quickly became one of his biggest passions, and today he's a 7-handicap golfer constantly working to sharpen his game.
For Victor, The Clubhouse is a dream come true, with both of his passions under one roof. "I'm excited to help you look your best, feel your best, and play your best."

Doug Mauch is a PGA Golf Professional with 35 years of experience at some of the most iconic clubs in the country, including Augusta National Golf Club, Maidstone Club, Westchester Country Club, and Ardsley Country Club. He served as head professional at Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta, California, and Wheatley Hills Golf Club.
In 2002, golf legend Arnold Palmer said Doug was the first teacher he had worked with since learning the game from his father, a distinction that speaks to the depth of Doug's knowledge and the trust he inspires in the people he works with. That same year, Doug caddied for Mr. Palmer at the Bob Hope Classic.
A five-year veteran of the pickleball industry, Doug has spent his career at the intersection of sport, community, and excellence. At The Clubhouse Barber Shop, he brings that same passion to a new arena, where sharp haircuts meet world-class golf simulation in the heart of North Palm Beach, Florida, and the surrounding communities of Jupiter, Tequesta, and the Palm Beach North area.
